Origin of Injury: Lille France. Abcess in groin following a kick from a horse in May 1919. Also boils on left buttock. Incised June 1919. Treated at Wimereaux France.

Pension: Complains of pain in left leg and weakness lets him down walking. Scars well healed. The Inguinal glands are markedly enlarged on left side, less so on right. No sore on penis, nor urethral discharge. No wasting of limb, all movements normal. Heart and lungs good. Disablement less than 20%. No treatment.
