.On September 9th he was diagnosed by doctor as having “signs in chest of phthisis (TB) and unlikely to be an efficient soldier.
Discharged 10/9/15, unlikely to make an efficient soldier.

By January 1917 he had joined the London Regiment, but no service records for this exist.

1918 Bertie married Dulcie Mary Thorne 28/3/1918 in Peckham

Ralph born and died December 1923. Malena b. 1925.
Occupation given as soldier.
Both addresses were given as 15 Meeting House Lane Camberwell.
 
1967 Bertie died in 1967 in Sutton, Surrey
