Research note | Apart from the speculative family connections reported below, we have been unable to locate any other candidate for Daniel in the genealogy web sites despite there having been several Webster families in the district. The service record has the correct regimental number etc. as per the AVL. Many older recruits were assigned to the service Corps. If the genealogy below is correct, he would have been 34 when he went to France. | ||
